Alloys

We aim to redefine possibilities with our aluminium alloys - both solid ingots and molten alloys are crafted for strength and precision to meet specific industrial needs, while also delivering lightweight and corrosion-resistant performance. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities ensure precision and consistency in every batch of alloy we produce. We use the latest technological equipments which focus on minimizing energy consumption and providing the best quality product. Maxop follows the “Quality First & Customer Delight” policy, which is underscored by a thorough seven-step testing process of our aluminium alloy i.e. Chemistry test, Vacuum test, Density Index test, Etch Pit test, Dye Penetration test, Homogenization test and K-mold test.

Some features of our plants:

  • Bag house to minimise SOx, NOx & Pm levels
  • Regenerative burner furnaces for lesser fuel consumption and less carbon footprint
  • Integrated dross separation machine for extracting metal from the dross
  • Dross cooling machine for better dross recovery

To attain sustainability and control greenhouse gases emission, we have developed our infrastructure to supply molten metal to our existing die casting units. We are using various forms of aluminium raw materials which are segregated using sophisticated technologies & equipments:

  • Rotary sieve machine
  • Customized sorting conveyor system
  • Gravimetric separation techniques
  • Nibbler & bailing machines
