Sustainable aluminium

Our aluminium alloy-making approach prioritizes both environmental and economic sustainability. We have installed a state-of-the-art bag house system and modernized regenerative burner furnaces with clean fuel i.e. PNG. By utilizing recycled materials, we significantly enhance the in-house clean work culture, reduce waste, minimize CO2 emissions compared to primary aluminium production, therefore, offering a sustainable solution through faster production rates and efficient metal usage. This commitment to eco-friendly practices allows us to contribute to a greener manufacturing future.

Cost saving

  • Significant reduction in process rejections at part production due to use of best quality metal
  • Online molten metal supply ensures faster & consistent production, hence increases productivity & throughput

Less CO2 generation

  • State of art technology of bag house system are used for effective capturing of particulate matter from flue gas and hence improving the air quality
  • Metal produce from recycling aluminium uses 95% less energy than producing aluminium from primary aluminium resources

Green way of manufacturing

  • Overall GHG emission per MT of recycled aluminium is very less as compared to primary alloys
  • Hence it helps towards achieving the common goal of carbon neutrality and sustainability
