GRAVITY Die casting
Maxop has set up a dedicated Gravity Die Casting Manufacturing facility. The division specializes in manufacturing complex profiles with tilting-type casting Machines and is supported by in-house sand core making, T5/T6 Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting, and high-end machining centers. As a comprehensive Gravity Die Casting parts manufacturing Company in India, Maxop is equipped with in-house die-design and development capabilities.
Well-equipped state-of-the-art GDC facility along with core shooters:
- Core shooters to handle thin cores up to 3mm
- Core heating & dressing
- Hollow cores used in complex profile parts
- Auto de-coring process
Dedicated Gravity Die Casting facility:
- Tilting type machines
- Manufacturing complex profile castings
- Handle casting up to 7kg weight of part
- Special alloy is being used which has silicon up to 1.5%
- In-house batch type heat treatment facility covering solution - zinc quenching & ageing
