Job Description:

• Perform wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of motor starters, power & control wiring, and industrial electrical systems.
• Maintain and repair field sensors, relays, contactors, and PLC-related devices.
• Carry out breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance for all electrical equipment.
• Responsible for maintenance of electrical devices and equipment including Transformers, MCC, PCC, HT & LT Panels.
• Perform regular inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of EOT cranes and lifting systems.
• Support installation and commissioning activities of Aluminium extrusion plants and associated equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, checklists, and safety logs.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations using appropriate PPE.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-departmental teams as required to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification:

• Minimum Qualification: ITI – Electrical
• Experience: 5–7 years in industrial electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of motor starters, control wiring, PLC-based devices, and industrial field sensors.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining Transformers, MCC/PCC, HT/LT Panels, and EOT cranes. Exposure to industrial installation & commissioning (experience in Aluminium extrusion is an added advantage).
• Good understanding of electrical safety procedures and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
