Job Description:
- Developing a thorough understanding of key client needs & requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Communicating and collaborating with the design, Quality, sales, logistics departments to ensure that
- Client needs & queries are met on time.
- Prepare regular reports of performance, Business growth and customer issues.
- Responsible for adherence of client deadlines and commitments
- Responsible for interaction with internal team for suggestions and discussing improvements points to be taken up with customer
- Responsible for maintaining open points related to assigned Region
- Responsible for making required MIS related to assigned Job
- Responsible for adding new business and increasing SOB with customers in assigned region
- Responsible for adding new customers and parts in assigned region
- Responsible for assigning Job to subordinates and monitoring their performance.
- Accountable for searching for new opportunities with clients to increase business share in both existing and new sectors.
- Accountable for sharing timely quotations and converting the RFQs into profitable business deals.
- Accountable for participating in costing negotiations and bidding process for getting new business
- Accountable for adhering to commercial contracts like NL, T&C, LME settlement, Tooling Payments etc.
- Accountable for all activities related to assigned customers.
- Accountable for attending meetings with clients for issues like commercial and technical discussion
Qualifications :
- Local Language proficiency is must (English and Hindi)
- 7-11Yrs of experience in KAM
- Should have experience in Automotive company
- Should have experience in client handling independently
- Adhering to commercial contracts like NL, T&C, LME settlement, Tooling Payments etc.
- BE/MBA
