Job Description:

• Operate and monitor the Aluminium Extrusion Press efficiently as per standard operating parameters
• Assist in loading billets, setting press parameters, and ensuring smooth extrusion flow
• Operate puller, ensuring accurate pulling and straightening of extruded profiles
• Handle run-out table and run-out saw operations with precision
• Operate and maintain the billet saw as per production planning
• Perform profile measurement using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Follow and implement product recipe (extrusion parameters) as per each profile requirement
• Support Kaizen and continuous process improvement activities
• Monitor extrusion speed, temperature, and quality to ensure zero defects
• Identify abnormalities in the extrusion line and immediately report to Production/Quality
• Maintain complete documentation of daily production, parameters, and quality checks
• Ensure proper handling of dies and coordinate with die shop when required
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and adhere strictly to safety standards and PPE usage
• Support the team in meeting daily output, quality, and productivity targets

Qualification:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant trade)
• Experience: 5–7 years in Aluminium Extrusion operations
• Practical experience operating extrusion press, puller, runout saw, and billet saw
• Knowledge of extrusion profile measurement techniques
