Job Description:

• Execute Incoming, In‑Process and Final Quality Inspection for extrusion and machining processes as per Control Plans.
• Perform dimensional, visual and functional inspection using Vernier, micrometers, gauges, profile projector and CMM.
• Review drawings, specifications, CSRs and ensure inspection as per standards.
• Conduct SPC monitoring, update process capability and escalate OOC/OOS conditions.
• Perform layout inspection, first piece and last piece verification and line‑clearance checks.
• Carry out MSA (GR&R) for designated gauges and maintain calibration compliance.
• Support PPAP/FAI dimensional inspection and documentation.
• Identify defects, segregate parts, raise NC reports and coordinate containment and rework.
• Support customer complaints with measurement data and evidence collection.
• Ensure compliance to 5S, safety, FOD and product handling guidelines.

Qualification:

• 2–6 years’ experience in QA/QC in extrusion, machining, automotive or aerospace sector.
• Strong measurement and inspection skills including GD&T interpretation.
• Proficiency with CMM, profile projector, surface measurement tools and gauges.
• Knowledge of extrusion & machining defects, material flow and tolerance control.
• Understanding of SPC, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA and PPAP/FAI.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and AS9100 requirements.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
